Work Mechanism : Ambroxol, Cetirizine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
