May be repeated every 1-5 wk depending on patient’s response. Intralesional Anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive Adult: As methylprednisolone acetate: 20-60 mg every 1-5 wk depending on patient’s response. Intralesional Corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses Adult: As methylprednisolone acetate: 20-60 mg; 1-4 inj may be given at intervals depending on the type of lesion and the duration of improvement from the initial inj. or as directed by Physician Product Description : Belongs to the corticosteroid drug class. It is used to treat symptoms associated with allergic reactions or inflammatory conditions. Predzen-A 80 mg Injection 2 ml is primarily used to treat arthritis, tennis elbow, and golfer’s elbow, which cause swelling and pain in the joints and tendons. It is also useful in treating severe allergic reactions, asthma, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease (inflammatory bowel disease). Work Mechanism : It works by suppressing the migration of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation and allergic conditions; thus, it effectively treats various medical conditions associated with allergies and inflammation.
