Torsemide + Spironolactone combination of two medicines used to reduce excess fluid levels in the body while maintaining the potassium balance. It is used to treat edema (fluid overload) and some cases of hypertension.

Work Mechanism :

Torsemide 20mg tablet is used to help treat fluid retention (edema) and swelling that is caused by congestive heart failure, liver disease, and kidney disease. It belongs to the group of medicines called loop diuretics (water pills). This medicine works by acting on the kidneys to increase the flow of urine. Spironolactone 50mg tablet is a potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill). It prevents your body from absorbing too much salt and keeps your potassium levels from getting too low. This medicine is also used to treat or prevent hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood)
