It contains probiotic bacteria that helps in restoring useful bacteria, improve digestion and enhance overall health.

Doxycycline, a bacteriostatic against broad range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions, thereby stopping bacterial growth and prevents spreading of infection. Lactobacillus is a live microorganism that restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
