Work Mechanism : Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger called leukotriene. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of another chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
